Director
Sameera Pothupitiya
Sam founded Tetra while working full-time as an engineer at BHP. Starting as a solo operator out of his own car, he scaled the business to 30 staff and 6 vehicles within 18 months. Sam oversees all operations and client relationships.
Operations Manager
Sahan Pothupitiya
Sahan manages day-to-day operations across all active contracts, ensuring every job is delivered on time and to standard.
